 LD. float container type of residue-cooling machine    

    LD.QFX float container type of residue-cooling machine makes good use of a grain fluxion characteristic, the ash residue floats and is cooled in the box because of the wind force function. 一、Basic principle
  In the box of the float container type of residue-cooling machine, there is a acclivitous wind plank which is one side high, and the other side low. The box is divided into two parts, the top part and the bottom part. There are several breeze tubes on the wind plank, the breeze tube is opened small breeze bores, there are cooling pipes on the top of the breeze tube, the underneath of the aerofoil is an air importing room. After the breeze got into breeze room from enter breeze tube, the breeze blows out of the breeze bores and forms air cushion, the hot ash residue rolls on the top of the air cushion, and it is cooled by the cooling water, air takes parts of calories in the meantime, the temperature of the ash residue quickly declines below 80 ℃, and finally is ejected out of the residue box.
二、Technique characteristics
   1. Good cooling effect, it can quickly decline the temperature of the stove residue from 850℃ to 80 ℃,the residual heat of the stove residue is used to heat the water and air, so it raises efficiency of the boiler about 0.2~4%.
  2. The deposited big grain under the bed is ejected outside in time, and it makes the bed layer working under the best layer thickness, it avoids knotting burnt in part of the bed layer, ensures the boiler operating safely, reduces the waste of electricity, lowers movement cost, improves flows quality, improves combustion. It can raise boiler combustion efficiency by 0.2~3%.
  3. Low temperature of the cooling ash residue inside the box, reducing dust floating in the sky, improving hygiene condition, protecting environmental.
  4. Small resistance inside the body, little amount of the cooling breeze, no establishing breezing machine alone, low electricity waste, little operating expenses.
